11Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that fewer than 20% of your allocated credits have been used.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are available only for the initial subscription purchase and not for subscription renewals, unless required by applicable law.
  • If more than 20% of credits have been consumed, refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are processed by our payment provider Creem. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

We will review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
